What is considered a custom order?
-Any order that includes personalized items (name, company name, organization name, etc.)
-Any order where the customer wants a specific color, style, and/or charms different from what is pictured
-Any bulk orders (5 or more items)
Do custom orders require a deposit?
Yes, a deposit is required for all custom orders. Deposit must be received before the order can be started.
**Deposits are non-refundable once order has been started**
How can I place a custom order?

How long does it take to receive a custom order?
7-14 days after deposit is received
What is the shipping time for available and/or featured items ordered from the website?
Once full payment is received, and the item is completed it ships within 24-48 hours. Shipping time varies from 4 -7 days depending on the shipping destination.
